THE PLAN 

We have 6 weeks with six of what I think are the most important topics needed to achieve a healthier, happier, confident YOU on all levels of your life : Packed full of nutritional information, fitness advice, life style tips, weekly recipes and food plans along with FREE meditations and FREE Yoga/Pilates classes.  PLUS access to a private Whats App Support Group throughout the week to help, guide and support you along the way….

First of all I will take all your details with my new Tanita Scales  (this is optional) which measures Weight , Body Composition, Body Fat % , BMR, Bone Density and recommend a daily calorie intake. If applicable I will assess your mobility, flexibility along with fitness testing.

 WEEK 1 – CREATING YOUR GOALS –

  • So what is your goal …cut down on Sugar Cravings /Fast Foods/ Alcohol ? Exercise more ? Reduce Stress ?  whatever it is – Goal setting is vital in achieving success in all areas of your life.
  • We will work on powerful strategies to set and achieve these goals.
  • Learn how to set goals that not only excite and inspire you but get help making them clear, measurable and actionable.

WEEK 2 – WEIGHT MANAGEMENT –

  • You will learn how to make smarter choices to lose weight if that is your goal or just maintain a healthy weight
  • Tricks to reduce sugar cravings
  • My approach to weight loss is not just food based it focuses on nutrition absolutely but also stress, sleep, physical activity and mental wellbeing.
  • We will look at the different ways of Intermittent Fasting.
  • We will work together to not just lose the weight healthily, but become fitter, create a positive mindset, healthier habits, conquer cravings and live your best life without following restrictive diets.

 WEEK 3 – DETOXING

  • Healthy Gut and the immune system
  • Different ways to Detox not only our bodies but our mind and our environment and life around us
  • How to reduce toxic load to our body and environment

WEEK 4 – HORMONAL BALANCE

  • Receive Top Tips and the Key foods to eat for Healthy Happy Hormones
  • We will focus on Menopause and general hormonal balance in your body
  • Understand what is going on in your body, how to deal with hormone imbalance; eat well to support the changes and also the importance of the right kind of exercise for you.

 WEEK 5 – STRESS AND ANXIETY

  • How to manage stress and anxiety through breathing techniques
  • Mediation
  • Lifestyle changes
  • Good nutrition

WEEK 6 – HEALTHY AGING TIPS

  • Learn the foods and lifestyle to boost energy and vitality
  • Brain function – how to combat brain fog
  • Digestion – Healthy Gut
  • Great tips for healthy looking skin and hair
  • Learn how you can slow down the aging process on a cellular level.
