This class really is medicine for the body, mind, soul and spirit.
In this class I bring together a beautiful blend of Yoga, Meditation, Chakra Visualisation , Chanting, Pranayama (breathing techniques) Qi Gong Movement and end with a sound bath (Gong, Tibetan Bowl and Chimes) greatly increasing the benefits and depth of a regular yoga practice.
Our subtle body tends to vibrate at a low or high frequency. When the frequency is higher we can hold more information of greater awareness and higher consciousness. We feel more alive, present and creative. So by bringing all these techniques together it will raise the frequency of our energy field and help us activate our prana (our life force energy ).
This class will wash away all your stresses, tensions, and cares ! It will balance all the energy systems of the body helping to keep you toned, stretched and strong on a physical level and grounded, balanced, healthy and focused on an energetic level.
Meditation has been shown to be a powerful tool to release and manage stress and to help maintain a healthy balance of body and mind. By learning and practicing simple meditation and yogic breathing techniques the mind becomes more peaceful and healthy, creating a calmer more balanced state of being.
