This full-body bootcamp will transform you into the most toned, fit, confident and energised version of yourself as well as leaving you grounded and calm ready for the summer months ahead !!

Expect diverse workouts using weights and Pilates equipment, that will make you sweat and work your entire body from head to toe . We use lots of different muscles groups so every part of your body gets a great toning as well as a deep stretching. Leaving you with long lean toned muscles, great posture and full of a zest for life !!

This morning is a very effective way to give you a boost of energy and have you looking great for the festive season ahead …

What to expect –

10.30 – 11AM TOTAL BARRE Routines using weights to tone the legs, arms and hips along with cardio routines.
11 AM TO 11.30AM PILATES Core exercises using the Pilates Circle to flatten the tummy and strengthen the back
11.30 TO 1PM VINYASA FLOW /QI GONG AND YIN YOGA to give the entire body a deep stretching and toning from the inside out while bringing balance and harmony to the energy body.
1PM TO 1.30PM MEDITATION AND DEEP RELAXING SOUND BATH to strengthen the mind and bring focus and calm to the body, ending in a deep relaxation using the Gong, Tibetan Bowel and Chimes to rest and revive the entire body.
