With 20 years of experience I have a unique blend of classes, coaching and therapies to offer covering all you need by connecting you to your body , developing flexibility, strength and tone, control and endurance, stress relief and helping you to achieve your goals .

In Person – Come for the practise together but also the chats, laughs, support and community vibe! We welcome students of all levels as classes designed to be accessible to everybody.

On-Line – In the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you. Or mix between the two!

My Health and Wellness Coaching will help you create and stick to your goals by giving you the strategies and support you need so you can live the life you truly want.

Our classes

To continue to make our classes accessible to all our clients we are offering both online and one to one class options.

Yogalates/HIIT

A regular Yogalates session will include Yoga and Pilates exercises and poses (asana) to cultivate strength, tone, stamina, stability and flexibility.

Fusion Flow

Effectively blending Pilates, Yoga and Total Barre this class is designed to challenge and change your body, toning and strengthening arms, thighs, hips and core.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa means breath-synchronized movement, and the flow describes the way you will move fluidly from one yoga pose to another in rhythm with your breath.

Hot Yoga

This is an exhilarating Yoga class practiced in a heated room flowing from posture to posture stretching and toning every part of the body inside and out.
