Reformer Pilates is an excellent way of helping you get started on a new health regime, help you get back on track or assist in recovering from an injury.

I offer the highest level of expertise in personal training and my reformer beds are top class Stott Pilates Machines from New York.

Together we will build a strong foundation in technique and knowledge to enable you to achieve your personal goals.  You will get results that will leave you feeling energised, healthy, toned and more confident than ever before.

It is excellent for whipping you into shape fast, effectively and safely whether you recently had a baby or are getting married, going on holidays or have a special occasion you want to look great for. We will build the right program to suit your needs and to have you looking your very best.

The reformer machine is hugely versatile, and can adapt to your level of strength, therefore catering for your every need and level.
