NEW! Soma Breathwork will guide you into a deep state of relaxation and focused awareness, creating space to connect more deeply with your intentions. Through conscious breathing done to the beat of the music and with the added power of visualisation , you’ll calm the mind, release tension, shift your energy and open yourself to greater clarity, presence and inner connection.
We will focus on promoting a smooth flow of Qi that is connected to the earth element. The Earth Phase controls stability, mental focus and vitality.
You will leave feeling lighter yet energised, more centred and deeply connected to yourself, to the Earth and to something greater. You may also feel a sense of clarity and more open to receive what life is offering you.
A beautiful way to pause, reset and plant your intentions for the lunar cycle ahead.
