My Detox, Yoga & Meditation weekend is the perfect way to enjoy a weekend of movement, fun and awareness while detoxing the body and mind on many levels.
Experience the perfect balance of immersion in Nature, healthy exercise, deep restful sleep, delicious healthy vegetarian food and a complete digital detox.

This is the perfect time of the year to Detox your body mind and energy field. The beginning of Spring symbolizes renewal, growth and fresh energy. This natural rebirth aligns with the idea of detoxifying your body to start anew. The energy shift from the sedentary winter months to the revitalizing spring can be a great time to motivate yourself to shake off old habits and reset routines for the months ahead.
This weekend includes a Detox Heath Coaching session where you will receive tips on how you can detox through eating to have a healthy gut and immune system. It will contain which food are best to detox the liver.The yoga classes have been specially designed to aid the detox process.
